The Covid-19 epidemic has successfully altered the business environment, forcing organizations to rethink their strategies and alter the way in which business is carried out. The groundwork for recoveries must be laid as soon as possible. In the meantime, while being forced to be as digital as need be, protecting brand assets and commanding a brand premium becomes challenging.
On 14 May 2020, AMCHAM organized an interactive webinar led by The Tenth Floor titled Data Detectives – The Urgency of Data-Driven Marketing. This webinar provided the opportunity to learn how data analytics could assist companies with navigating through the “new normal” business operations as the recovery and realignment phase comes around. This session covered processes to deliver measurable results, multiple successful case studies, the future of insights and e-commerce, and how businesses can make the best of their internal data. These were very useful techniques for enhancing business performance during a period of global and operational constraints.
Expand your digital sales, quickly, expansively & profitably during the new normal as we recover from the MCO.
How many online touch points do you have for your target audiences’ consumer journey? Most marketers say “1-2.” And how many of them are “converting?” Most pause — and say uncertainly, “3-5%.” That is, if they even have online marketplaces. We can do better.
There are three shifts you can immediately observe in e-commerce now – and factor into your marketing approach – to take your business to the next level, such that you are the go-to resource your clients keep doing business with when we emerge from this pandemic.
Consumer behavior has changed; brands need to adapt to this. 40% of consumers have increased e-commerce engagement, and established marketplaces report a 60% increase in business activity.
When you run online marketing campaigns, we want them to be high-impact. We want audiences to say, ‘I’m going to add this to my cart right now.’ And you know what? This is achievable. Welcome to Marketplace X.
Several brands who have already shifted their business activities more towards marketplaces, with Consider iProspect, have experienced up to 21X ROI from recent campaigns.
