KPJ Healthcare launched their new Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2) in May 2023, which was officiated by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, Sultan and Sovereign Ruler of the State and Territory of Johor Darul Ta’zim.
DSH2 is poised to set the new standard in clinical care, as well as patients’ and customers’ centricity, and is part of KPJ Healthcare’s continuing efforts to set the benchmark in healthcare services, leveraging on the power of digital and technology.

In the evening of May 31, AMCHAM held a Young Professionals Mixer Night, a fun and exciting event for individuals who have either recently graduated or have less than 10 years of working experience. On May 31, AMCHAM organized an exclusive conversation with Shahril Hamdan, Former Economic Director in the Prime Minister’s Office under Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob’s administration.
The discussion focused around the current developments in Malaysia, the global economic outlook, and the current government’s direction. Members that attended managed to raise relevant questions and gain insights of the overall outlook.

Plexus has recently donated RM75,828 to four charitable organizations, with funds raised among employees who chose to donate their meal allowance for a good cause. The organizations are The National Cancer Society of Malaysia Penang Branch, Charis Hospice, Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Cerebral Palsy (Spastik) Pulau Pinang, and Children’s Protection Society.
Initiated by the Plexus Young Professionals employee resource group, the donation drive called “Spend Less to Give Back More” was held for five weeks from 16 Jan – 17 Feb 2023, in conjunction with Plexus Malaysia’s 20 th Anniversary Celebration. The drive also supports the company’s “Charitable Giving” ESG goal.
On 25 May 2023, the mock check presentation ceremony was held with the presence of YB Phee Boon Poh, Penang State Executive Councilor for Environment and Welfare.
