The mission of Fly is to do brief interviews with a variety of professionals in a variety of industries in order to inspire our students for their next steps in future careers! We want to give students a practical example of what life looks like after graduation so we will interview anyone from university students to the Ambassador. We are aware of busy schedules therefore the whole process has been pared down to only take 30 mins of the interviewee’s time.
Process
- The interviewee will receive an initial email explaining the interview process, including the interview questions to ponder.
- Mrs. Dawson will host a 20 minute interview.
- The interview will be shared through the OIS website, OIS social media, and OIS weekly newsletter.
