Procedures for Malaysian Citizens Wishing To Exit & Re-Enter Malaysia (15/09/2020)
The Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) has received many applications for Malaysian citizens to exit the country and applications to re-enter Malaysia.
JIM previously issued a procedural circular dated 23 June 2020 on this matter to address Malaysian citizens who wished to exit the country for the purposes of continuing their studies and work, which is still in force. In this regard and as an addition, the Department has decided on the latest procedures for Malaysian citizens who wish to exit the country and re-enter Malaysia during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.
