With the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO) 2nd phase from 1st April – 14th April, it is strongly advised for all companies and their employees to adhere to the following:

Kindly be advised that the list of essential services as gazetted by the Government, with effect on 3 April, has been refined to 15 Essential Services and the details are as follows (refer to https://t.me/MKNRasmi/1207):

For employees in the Essential Services listed in item 1 above who are required to work during the period of 10pm-6am, please ensure that they carry an authorization letter from the employer which has to be produced if required by an authorized officer.

Failure to adhere to the MCO 2 regulations may result in a RM1000 fine and/or maximum 6 months imprisonment.
