Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd recently hosted its Appreciation Dinner 2025 on 28 and 29 June 2025 at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Penang, bringing together close to 7,000 employees in a celebration themed “Garden of Grit and Growth”. The two-night event honored the strength, perseverance, and achievements of Plexus team members across Malaysia.

In his speech, Victor Tan, Plexus Regional President of APAC, reflected on the evening’s theme, saying: “The theme for this evening, Garden of Grit and Growth, is a reflection of our journey as an organization. Like a garden that flourishes through every season, Plexus has continued to thrive – thanks to the resilience, dedication, and grit of our people. Tonight, we celebrate not just our achievements, but also the perseverance that brought us here.”

Victor also highlighted the company’s continued expansion in the region: “A key highlight of our ongoing growth is Bridgeview, our sixth manufacturing facility in Malaysia. This new site spans 560,000 sq ft and will expand our capabilities in the Semiconductor Capital Equipment and Healthcare/Life Sciences sectors. Bridgeview is now almost in completion, with operations targeted to begin in Oct 2025.
