ON Semiconductor celebrates its 20 year anniversary! A Fortune 500 semiconductors supplier company with global headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, ON Semi is a major source of high-skilled jobs with over 5,400 employees in Malaysia. The Seremban Site 1 factory in Negeri Sembilan, acquired by ON Semi in 1999, has been a vital part of the state’s economic development since its creation in 1979.

The company’s global President & CEO Mr. Keith D. Jackson is joined by YB Dr. Ong Kian Ming, Malaysia’s Deputy Minister of Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI) in leading the celebrations. VIP guests including YB Dr. Mohamad Rafie Bin Ab. Malek (Negeri Sembilan Executive Committee of Investment, Industrial, Entrepreneur, Education and Human Capital), and Mr. Dean Thompson (U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission), joined the staff of ON Semi in celebrating the company’s longstanding commitment to growing and upscaling their business in Malaysia.
