NCIA’s strategic invention programme helps businesses, workers affected by pandemic
In its mandate to revitalise the economy, the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) has introduced the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) COVID-19 Impacted Industries Strategic Intervention Programme (NCSIP) which helps to sustain businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective of NCSIP is to assist impacted companies in NCER to provide retrenched workers with new job opportunities through job matching with other businesses and provide wage incentives to companies offered through NCIA’s fast track intervention programmes, JomKerja@NCER and NCER Talent Enhancement Programme (NTEP).
