Meeting Malaysia’s Talent Needs: An Industry Perspective
Malaysia has a considerable skills mismatch in the workforce. The Skills shortages have been identified at all ranges of the skills spectrum from those associated with high-skilled occupations through to roles at the lower end of the salary spectrum. This paper seeks to shed some light on the issue with talent in Malaysia and possible solutions.
