Position: Assistant Manager – Senior Manager, Group Pricing and Reinsurance LOB/Department: Product Pricing and Reinsurance

Summary of Responsibilities: (A concise paragraph summarizing the job.) 

1. Managing, guiding, and checking work done by sub-team.
2. Overseeing new/revised AmMetLife products through the product life cycle.
3. Overseeing day-to-day RI administration.

Principal Responsibilities: (List major responsibilities in order of importance.)

1. Ensure group pricing and quotations achieve company’s profitability requirement.
2. Manage reinsurance cost to achieve reinsurance mandates.
3. Ensure reinsurance system development and implementation on time.
4. Ensure all figures provided to internal and external clients are accurate.
5. Ensure all works follow proper risk and compliance policies.
6. Ensure completeness and timely regulatory submission.
7. Manage and monitor documentation requirement and internal processes to ensure compliance with established SOP.
8. Monitor turnaround time is met for all queries from internal and external clients.
9. Provide on-the-job training to enhance staff’s product and technical knowledge.
10. Involve in ad-hoc project.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required: (Include education and years experience.)

• Degree holder preferable in Actuarial Science.
• Minimum of 5 year of related work experience.
• Possess analytical skills, problem solving skills, and eye on details.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
