  1. Responsible for coordinating Board Meetings and other Committee meeting as required
  2. To assist in compilation of board papers
  3. Drafting and preparing minutes of meetings
  4. To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
  5. To be able to handle basic secretarial duties with minimum supervision
  6. Able to meet deadlines and to ensure compliance will all statutory regulations


Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

  • Degree in Business or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently and interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Good communication skills
