REPORTS TO: OISKL CFO / Business Manager

JOB GOAL: This person will provide support for the CFO | Business Manager by maintaining data in
the school’s accounting system including all accounts payable & receivables. All financial reporting is
the responsibility of accountant.

Typical Performance Tasks:

Accounts Receivable
 Prepare and track all tuition invoices and receipts for families
 Prepare and track all re-registration invoices for the new school year
 Keep track of incoming monies
 Prepare and make bank deposits
 Follow up with parents on uncollected Tuition and Other school fees

Accounts Payable
 Process all disbursements
 Receive and verify the validity of Invoices and Staff claims
 Data Entry of Invoices/Payments into QuickBooks
 Ensure payments are executed in a timely manner
 Handle and resolve vendor and internal staff queries pertaining to invoice and payment
 Prepare and issue PO to vendors and obtain appropriate approvals for PO
 Track petty cash spending.
 Prepare Payroll

 Develop and maintain rapport with students, parents, and staff by treating others with
friendliness, dignity, and consideration.
 Present a professional image to all visitors and callers to the school.

 Assist office staff with answering the phone & filing if needed.
 Demonstrate the character qualities of enthusiasm, honesty, courtesy, flexibility, integrity,
kindness, patience, self-control, perseverance, orderliness, and punctuality.
 Maintain a personal appearance that is a role model of cleanliness, modesty, good taste and
in general agreement with school policy.
 Accept other duties that may be assigned by the administration.

 Must possess an LCCI Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
 Experience of 2 years with accounting policies and practices required, an accounting degree
preferred. Fresh graduates in accounting are also encouraged to apply.
 Banking or government background desired but not required
 Experience with QuickBooks accounting system or an equivalent
 Working knowledge of MSOffice applications and google docs
 Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa, conversational Chinese
 In agreement with the school’s mission and vision statement
