Membership Support Intern

We are seeking a Membership Support Intern to join our team in August 2026.

If you are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or Management, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, data analysis, and professional stakeholder engagement.

Internship Opportunity – Membership Support Job Responsibilities

  • Support the updating and maintenance of the membership database to ensure accurate member records.
  • Assist with membership renewals, registrations, and administrative tasks.
  • Support the preparation of membership engagement reports and basic data analysis.
  • Support membership engagement activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Membership Team.

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is an asset but not mandatory.
