The Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) has introduced a Special Voluntary Disclosure & Amnesty Programme (VA Program), as announced at the 2022 Budget.
Join us as we host a briefing on this VA Program to better understand the objective, mechanism, and the benefits in participating in this program.
The briefing will be presented by Wai Choong Chan, Executive Director, Indirect Tax Advisory Group, Yi Han Koon, Manager (Indirect Tax) at PwC and Kelvin Hong, Senior Associate at Wong & Partners.
