The COVID-19 health crisis and continued lockdown in many markets is posing unparalleled challenges to people and businesses around the world. With this pandemic far from over, and its impact likely to be felt for years to come, one thing is certain: the world of work is never going to be the same.

This webinar will dive into how Dell Technologies and ManpowerGroup respectively, have adapted to this new normal and how have their staff adjusted to their new work environment.

Join us as Christopher Choong, Malaysia Product Specialist from Dell Technologies demonstrates how Dell transitioned 120,000 employees worldwide from office to home. His presentation will focus on Physical, Culture and Technology where remote working needs to adapt in new ways of work-life balance, where many organizations are facing challenges in balancing priorities to enable productivity.

Sam Haggag, Country Manager, ManpowerGroup will share insights on how the employment lifecycle has nevertheless evolved with the pandemic. Delivering basic talent expectations today has more focus on remote communications and cloud computing. He will also share some of their programmes and initiatives in maintaining a culture of mutual trust and care. ManpowerGroup believes that trust and care are key in any crisis and in particular when communications have to be remote.
