Private Discussion with AON Hewitt’s Mollie Kohn

AMCHAM members had the opportunity to meet Mollie Kohn, Chief Commercial Officer of AON Hewitt Asia Pacific and Middle East Region on September 5th, 2016. Mollie shared her insights on topics related to talent management and talent redistribution. Companies that were present at the discussion shared their views on the importance of talent retention.

Mollie leads the Talent Consulting Council for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa and has been with Aon Hewitt for over 15 years. She is a Senior Partner in the firm and is on the Aon Hewitt Executive Committee for Australia and Asia-Pacific Leadership team.
