AMCHAM invites you to its second Digital Transformation Series talk of the year on 18 March 2020 at AMCHAM Executive Office from 9:30am – 11:30am, with a focus on how, as trust has become a force in today’s market, a company needs to increase credibility, relevance, and reliability to earn consumer trust, and one way to do so, is by being an insight-driven organization.

This talk on trust in the digital age will be presented by James Lyne, Chief Strategy Officer, at Consider iProspect. He takes a look at how in an era of fake news, digital disruption and questions over brand safety, how it will be companies that focus on credibility and reliability that will rise to the top. Companies can future-proof themselves with data-driven marketing strategies. He will discuss new developments and important changes affecting how consumers expect more from brands. You will get a better understanding of CRM, business decision making in a trust economy, and closing gaps in the consumer journey with data.

Our second presenter, Leonard Jayamohanis, Director, Analytics & Cognitive, at Deloitte Consulting SEA, will walk you through how to become an insight-driven organization (IDO). An IDO is one that entrenches data, insight, and reasoning into the decision-making processes of the organization. It not only turns analytics into a core capability across your organization, but it also promotes a culture of data-driven decision-making.
