You’ve Got My Back: Building Inclusive Cultures

One of the key challenges that multinational organisations need to address when expanding abroad is to adapt the global corporate cultures to the local context.

You’ve Got My Back is an Exchange Theatre offering that deals with collaboration among team members from diverse backgrounds. Through this interactive theatre, organisations can move the hearts and minds of their people to create a roadmap to build an inclusive corporate culture in the Malaysian context.

In collaboration with InvestPenang, KL Shakespeare Players and Cultural Impact jointly bring this unique form of “theatre as a training tool” to stimulate and spur participants so that they are emotionally and intellectually committed to explore new behaviours and develop a repertoire of possible ones adapted to different contexts.
