Budget 2021: Tax Briefing

AMCHAM members are invited to a special briefing on Friday, 20 November 2020 from 2.00pm to 4:00pm to discuss the contents of the government’s Budget 2021 tax initiatives.

We are delighted to welcome expert speakers from EY and Wong & Partners a member firm of Baker McKenzie International to talk our members through the various Budget announcements, to answer any questions about the specifics, and to help members understand the implications for their business.

EY will be giving an overview of the current tax announcements in the budget and highlight any important matters related to MNCs here in Malaysia. This will be followed by Wong & Partners who will touch on the tax disputes angle highlighting key areas that organizations should be focusing on and preparing for, in light of the government’s increased targets in tax collections.
