AmCham together with ManpowerGroup recently organized a half day session on Best Practices in Talent Management on September 8, 2015 at the Executive Office.

Our Guest of Honor, Johan Merican delivered opening remarks on an overview of TalentCorp’s objective and its programs planned in the pipeline.

Part of the program covered a presentation on Retention / Employee Engagement Best Practice/Using Analytics in Best Practice Talent Management by Bridget Beattie.

Highlight of the event was a combined Panel Discussion on Career, Talent & Leadership and Availability of Local Talents and Retention in Malaysia with featured speakers – Johan Merican, CEO of TalentCorp Malaysia; Bridget Beattie, Group Executive Vice President, Right Management a ManpowerGroup; Shubha Singh, Regional HR Strategic Business Partner of NCR APAC, Japan & India and Sam Haggag, Country Manager of ManpowerGroup.
