Arbitration Seminar: Wong & Partners

Kuala Lumpur – AMCHAM in partnership with Wong & Partners hosted the Arbitration Seminar at the Wong & Partners office at Mid Valley City in Kuala Lumpur on 20 March 2015. More than 20 members attended the event themed on optimizing one’s posiiton in the event of a dispute.
Elaine Yap, Partner in Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Wong & Partners presented on the practical guide for drafting and effective arbitration clause. Yap further shared case studies to showcase some of the best practices and guidelines to adopt when drafting arbiration clauses. She further discussed on the issues associated with Choice of seat and rules of Arbitration.
