AMCHAM’s 47th Annual General Meeting

AMCHAM would like to announce that its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the AMCHAM Executive Office on Tuesday, 25 June 2024.

As a voting member of the Chamber, we invite you to attend and participate in the business meeting, which will be held from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. Official documentation will be sent to the official Corporate Representative 21 days before the meeting.

Our Signature AGM Luncheon will follow this meeting, where a key government official will deliver the keynote address.

[Please note that the sign-up for the Signature Luncheon will be handled separately from the AGM registration.]

AGM DETAILS

VOTING MEMBERS: All registered AMCHAM members can attend the AGM, but please note that only the Corporate Representative in good standing is eligible to vote. To find out who your voting member is, please contact Graciely O’Hara at [email protected]

PROXY

It is vital that we are able to meet the quorum on this day. If the Corporate Representative is unable to attend, we highly recommend that you appoint a proxy. All corporate representatives will receive their AGM package, which includes this form, ahead of the AGM. If you need a proxy form, please contact [email protected]​.

Please RSVP early to ensure we can reach the required quorum. On the day, please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the AGM.
