AMCHAM 49th Annual General Meeting

AMCHAM’s 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, 11 June 2026. The AGM serves as an important platform for members to engage, exchange perspectives, and play an active role in shaping the Chamber’s future.

We invite you to join us as we hear from AMCHAM’s leadership, review key milestones from the past year, and discuss priorities moving forward. Your participation is essential in strengthening the collective voice of the American business community in Malaysia.

Voting Eligibility

Please note that only the appointed Corporate Representative in good standing is eligible to vote at the AGM. If you’re unsure who your company’s representative is, please contact Ms. Jessica at [email protected].

Proxy & Quorum

To ensure we meet quorum requirements, we encourage early RSVPs and the submission of proxy forms if your Corporate Representative is unable to attend. Official proxy documents will be distributed with the AGM package 21 days prior to the meeting. For early proxy requests, please reach out to [email protected].
