AMCHAM’s 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 30 June 2025. This is more than a statutory obligation — it’s a key moment for our members to connect, reflect, and contribute to the future direction of the Chamber.

Voting Eligibility

Please note that only the appointed Corporate Representative in good standing is eligible to vote at the AGM. If you’re unsure who your company’s representative is, please contact Fatin at [email protected].

Proxy & Quorum

To ensure we meet quorum requirements, we encourage early RSVPs and the submission of proxy forms if your Corporate Representative is unable to attend.
