On 14 May 2020, AMCHAM organized an interactive webinar led by The Tenth Floor titled Data Detectives – The Urgency of Data-Driven Marketing. This webinar provided the opportunity to learn how data analytics could assist companies with navigating through the “new normal” business operations as the recovery and realignment phase comes around. This session covered processes to deliver measurable results, multiple successful case studies, the future of insights and e-commerce, and how businesses can make the best of their internal data. These were very useful techniques for enhancing business performance during a period of global and operational constraints.
