AMCHAM Meets MOHR Minister, YB Dato’ Sri Ramanan Ramakrishnan

On 9 April 2026, AMCHAM met with Malaysia’s Minister of Human Resources, YB Dato’ Sri Ramanan Ramakrishnan, and TalentCorp, represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Edward Ling.

The discussion centered on Malaysia’s evolving talent landscape, including efforts to develop and retain Malaysian talent, the complementary role of expatriate expertise in driving growth and knowledge transfer, and the importance of clear, predictable policies to support workforce development.
