MyCC Seeks Feedback on Draft Final Report on the Digital Economy Ecosystem
Following its publication of the Interim Report on the Market Review of the Digital Economy Ecosystem on 4 March 2025, the Malaysia Competition Commission (“MyCC”) has now released the Draft Final Report under Section 11 of the Competition Act 2010. This Market Review seeks to assess the competitive landscape, market structure, and regulatory framework governing Malaysia’s digital economy.
The Draft Final Report covers five core areas identified as fundamental to Malaysia’s digital economy.
