AI Applications in Recruitment

On 9 May, AMCHAM’s Human Capital Committee hosted an engaging session on AI Applications in Recruitment, shedding light on how artificial intelligence is transforming the hiring landscape and shaping the future of talent acquisition.

Andrew Lee, Co-Founder of Revo, offered insights into how AI is being utilized by both organizations and job seekers. Darmain Segaran, Partner at the AI Policy Lab under the National AI Office Malaysia (NAIO), shared updates on government-led AI initiatives in Malaysia and Chris Paterson, Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, provided a strategic view on the future of work in an AI-driven world from an Implementation standpoint.

The session concluded with a dynamic yet laid back panel discussion moderated by Weina Ang from Deloitte’s Global Employer Services, where attendees explored pressing questions around recruitment in a tech-enabled future.
