Kenvue Empowers Communities Through Showcasing Everyday Care in Action

Kenvue employees from across Malaysia and Singapore recently demonstrated their commitment to making a positive impact in their communities through a collaborative Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event. With a focus on lending support to the deserving community, Kenvue volunteers collaborated with two non-profit organizations – Taman Megah Handicapped and Disabled Children’s Home and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Chester Selangor (PKCS) and embarked on a day of meaningful engagement and service.

Prior to the event, Kenvuers had spearheaded a donation drive, gathering essential groceries, personal care items and children’s books, to benefit the residents of the two homes. This initiative not only aimed to provide necessary resources for the homes, but also fostered a sense of solidarity and care within the Kenvue family.

Divided into teams, the volunteers delved into a variety of activities aimed at uplifting the spirits of the residents and enhancing their living environments. Kenvuers also spent time on hands-on activities such as community projects and spring cleaning the vicinity of both homes, as well as engaged with the residents through creative endeavors such as crafting Chinese New Year decorations and engaging in playful games with the children. Beyond the tangible contributions, Kenvue’s hope is to foster meaningful connections between the volunteers and the residents.

Notably, employees also dedicated their time and effort to practical tasks, including the assembly of wheelchairs for the old folks’ home, and the building of bookshelves for the children’s homes, showcasing their commitment to advance the well-being of the communities they serve.
