Building an Inclusive Tomorrow, Empowering Diversity Today

In an ever-evolving employment landscape, the significance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in shaping the future of HR has become evident. This is why AMCHAM Malaysia’s Human Capital Committee organized a panel discussion focusing on DEI and how companies can better implement it on the 24th July 2023. 

Panelists for this session included Tisha Sinnathamboo, GM, Strategy at ConocoPhillips Malaysia; and Michele Sagan, Director of Coaching and Counseling (Professional Development and Wellbeing) at Asia School of Business. Dr. Marcella Lucas, Innovation, Strategy & Leadership Consultant at Lead to Innovate acted as the moderator. 

During the panel discussion, our panelists underscored the importance of sharing DEI strategies and initiatives, promoting transparency in DEI efforts. Moreover, they explored how HR professionals can leverage data and use different metrics to advance it in organizations, fostering a more inclusive and equitable workforce.
