The RuMa Hotel and Residences Celebrates the Culinary Riches of Malay Cuisine with ‘Eat and Cook at ATAS’
Inspired by the rich and varied tastes of Malay cuisine, ‘Eat & Cook at ATAS’ is a collaborative dining experience between four culinary masterminds: Chefs Lee Zhe Xi and Soh Yong Zhi of Eat & Cook, and Chefs Mandy Goh and Marcus Ooi of ATAS at The RuMa Hotel and Residences.
For two nights only, the four chefs will come together for a culinary tour de force showcasing the explosive flavours of Malay cuisine, skilfully and respectfully experimenting with traditional tastes and textures. The showstopping menu will feature uniquely modern interpretations of beloved dishes from roti canai, satay, kambing bakar, cekodok, pai ayam mutiara and more, all filtered through the lens of innovation and imagination.
‘Eat and Cook at ATAS’ will be held at 7pm on 21 & 22 July 2023 and is priced at RM550 nett per person with beverage pairings available at additional cost.
