Dell’s MentorConnect 2021 Program (24 September)

AMCHAM hosted the third session of Dell’s Mentor Connect 2021 Program today. The session today focused on “Career Planning”. Prior to the session, mentees were asked to reflect on the following question, “what is the biggest challenge in your current career path?”.

Some of the topics in the ensuing discussions include changes in the current career landscape due to the pandemic, challenges in figuring out a career path and ways to connect with other professionals/mentors.
