14 companies join Dell Tech Malaysia’s MentorConnect programme to groom 170 mentees into future leaders
A total of 14 companies across Malaysia are participating in Dell Technologies Malaysia’s fifth instalment of the MentorConnect programme – a multi-company collaboration which aims to engage, advance, and retain diverse talents by sharpening their leadership skills, broadening their network, and diversifying their perspectives, expertise, and knowledge.
The tech company, which is also a participant of the programme, is joined by the likes of Motorola Solutions, Intel, IHS-Markit, Zebra Technologies, UST-Global, Boston Scientific, NI, Osram, Globetronics, Citigroup, AIG, American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), and Microsoft.
With various companies entering the programme, MentorConnect looks set to have 16 mentors, and benefit about 170 mentees. Having launched on 2 August 2021 (Monday), it will last until November 2021.
