It is imperative for people to be resilient in weathering life’s storms. \nJoin us with Mr. Yap Chee Khong\, Clinical Psychologist from Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd\, and Dr. Indigo\, Success & Mind Wellness Practitioner\, as they discuss how negative circumstances impact our mental well-being and that we must develop the skills to bounce back and move forward. Also\, more importantly\, people must change the conversation from mental illness to mental wellness so that there is normalcy and emotional inclusion in the New Normal. There are storms that are blowing into our lives as a result of inequality\, the pandemic\, and many other global matters\, and people are merely surviving these storms and not thriving. \nMr. Yap‘s talk will guide the audience to understand how the human body experiences stress and relaxation.
