SUMMARY:AMCHAM Breakfast Roundtable on Budget 2020 (PENANG)
DESCRIPTION:AMCHAM members are invited to a special breakfast talk on Friday\, November 1st 2019 from 9.30am to 11.00am (registration opens at 9:00am) at Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd (Plant 1) to discuss the contents of the government’s Budget 2020 initiatives. \nWe are delighted to welcome experts speakers from Deloitte and Wong & Partners to talk our members through the various Budget announcements\, to answer any questions about the specifics\, and to help members understand any implications for your business. This is also an excellent opportunity to raise any issues that may need the attention of AMCHAM’s government relations team. \nThe event has been scheduled for early November so that we will be able to make reference to the government’s Finance Bill\, which will contain a lot more detail than the Budget speech made by Minister of Finance YB Tuan Lim Guan Eng in Parliament on Friday 11 October. \nPlease note that this is the PENANG edition of this talk – some members may prefer to register for the Kuala Lumpur edition\, which takes place on Monday 04 November – please see the Events page of our website. \nA light breakfast with coffee/tea will be served. \nPlease provide your passport / IC number for security purposes\, as well as your vehicle registration number if parking is required. Please note that parking will not be provided if you do not provide a vehicle registration number. Please also note that parking space is very limited and we encourage members to carpool or use ride-hailing apps. \nFor any questions about this event please contact Lewis Walmesley-Browne\, Public Affairs Manager at lewis@amcham.com.my \n
