The Office Manager is required to exhibit a positive attitude and handle competing priorities while managing a heavy workload without loss of quality.

The Office Manager provides excellent administrative support to the members of the PayPal Operations Leadership Team.

PayPal’s Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) organization is responsible for detecting and preventing financial crimes, including money laundering and terrorism financing. Well executed training programs that are tailored to specific job functions are critical to ensuring that investigative teams are best prepared for their critical roles. The GFCC organization is seeking an experienced, organized and highly motivated individual to play a dual role supporting both GFCC Investigations and Training.

The successful candidate will continue to conduct time sensitive and critical investigations while also partnering with the Global GFCC Training team to create and deliver job-specific training content to newly hired and tenured employees. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain people leadership experience, collaborate across multiple teams and to help identify next generation investigative talent.

The PayPal Team Leader Resolutions & Protections will build, develop, and lead a team of employees into a high performing team that meets or exceeds performance goals. Engage and develop your direct reports, foster an open collaborative environment where best practices are shared. Support and drive needs based initiatives through communication, coaching, best practice sharing, and calibrations. Review, communicate and coach to daily performance, quality, behaviour and attendance standards at the individual and team level. Utilize formal correction action procedures as required.

Schedule, prepare, lead and document the required number of 1:1 coaching and team learning sessions and stand-ups that are interactive, engaging and agent driven based upon developmental needs. Complete the required number of case/email/ phone quality reviews per teammate each month. Work cases and escalations as required. Know and support company and departmental procedures; regularly review and ensure that agents follow procedures, process flows and guidelines.
Participate in teammate selection, internal talent movement, and training needs assessment and closure of knowledge gaps.
